Rep. 68 (Dec. 23, 2025). - The Supreme Court affirmed the District Court’s denial of a late request for an extension to oppose a motion to dismiss and granted dismissal under DCR 13(3). The Court emphasized that procedural rules serve as the legal system’s “backbone,” promoting efficiency and predictability.
